The holder of the personal data has the right to obtain from the controller, information regarding the data processed, at any time and upon formal request, according to article 18 of Law 13. 709/2018:

I – Confirmation of the existence of processing;

II – Access to the data;

III – correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;

IV – anonymization, blocking or elimination of unnecessary, excessive or processed data in violation of the provisions of this Law;

V – data portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request, in accordance with the regulations of the national authority, observing commercial and industrial secrets;

VI – elimination of personal data processed with the consent of the holder, except in the cases provided for in art. 16 of the LGPD;

VII – information of the public and private entities with which the controller has shared use of data;

VIII – information about the possibility of not giving consent and about the consequences of the refusal;

IX – revocation of consent, according to the procedure established in this privacy policy and pursuant to § 5 of art. 8 of the LGPD.

10. How to exercise your rights?

The data subject can request information about his/her data and exercise his/her rights when applicable in accordance with the legislation, by contacting the contact email of the Person in Charge of Simple Energy Data:

Simple Energy will endeavor to provide the requested clarifications as soon as possible.

11. Data deletion

The user registered on the website can unregister from the platform with the express request for total deletion of their data, through the email of the person in charge of Data, that is, lgpd@simpleenergy.com.br.

The user can also request information, changes or clarifications about their data through the same contact (lgpd@simpleenergy.com.br).

If you re-register on the website after requesting data deletion, Simple Energy may process your data again under the terms of this policy.

You can request to delete your account at any time. But, remember that Simple Energy will only be able to delete your data if there is no legal basis for treatment that prevents deletion.

Comments, testimonials and publications made available by you for publication on the website will also be deleted, if this is your option, provided that you expressly express your intention.

The user may stop receiving marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link inserted in the body of the emails (opt-out).

The data of the holder will be deleted at the request of the user or opt-out, when there is no legal basis for treatment that justifies the maintenance of such data in the Simple Energy database, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law.

Any conflict situation that cannot be resolved in an amicable negotiation must be resolved in the Central Forum of São Paulo.
